COATED FLAT ROLLED

GALVANIZED COILS – EXCESS PRIME & SECONDARY

Cold Rolled or HR P&O Steel is used to manufacture galvanized coils. Galvanized steel is made up of zinc-coated cold and hot-rolled coils that help prevent the steel from rusting.

Thickness Range: 0.25 mm – 4 mm

Width Range: 100 mm – 1550 mm

Weight Range: 500 KG – 25 MT

Grades Available: CQ – HSLA

GALVANNEALED/ELECTROGALVANIZED COILS – EXCESS PRIME AND SECONDARY

Galvannealed steel is zinc-coated carbon steel that has been hot-dipped. Galvannealed Coils are a type of galvanised steel that has a tougher coating that stops the steel from scratching and has similar rust prevention qualities.

Thickness Range: 0.25 mm – 3 mm

Width Range: 100 mm – 1550 mm

Weight Range: 500 KG – 25 MT

Grades Available: CQ – HSLA

GALVALUME COILS – EXCESS PRIME & SECONDARY

Galvalume steel sheet combines the greatest features of aluminum (aluminized) and zinc-coated steel sheets (galvanized). The aluminum/zinc coating is identical to aluminum-coated steel in terms of barrier corrosion resistance and heat resistance.

Thickness Range: 0.25 mm – 0.25 mm

Width Range: 100 mm – 1550 mm

Weight Range: 500 KG – 25 MT

Grades Available: CQ – HSLA

PREPAINTED COILS – EXCESS PRIME & SECONDARY

Prepainted steel sheets and painted steel coil products from Save on Steel offer corrosion resistance and the ability to customize your color.

Thickness Range: 0.25 mm – 1.5 mm

Width Range: 100 mm – 1550 mm
